Please read these terms carefully. jewelers.city is a paid advertising directory. We connect businesses with buyers — we do not verify, endorse, or recommend any listed business.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using jewelers.city (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use this Platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, and business owners who interact with the Platform in any way.
02 Nature of Service
jewelers.city is a paid advertising directory. We provide a platform for jewelry businesses to purchase advertising listings, and for consumers to browse those listings.
We are not an agent, broker, intermediary, or representative of any business listed on this Platform.
03 User Responsibilities
By using this Platform, you agree to:
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes consistent with applicable United States law.
- Not submit fraudulent, offensive, misleading, or unlawful content.
- Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
- Take sole responsibility for any decisions made based on information found on this Platform.
04 Business Listings
Business listings on this Platform are paid advertisements submitted by business owners. The business owner is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their listing content.
jewelers.city reserves the right to refuse, edit, or remove any listing at its sole discretion, including listings that are factually incorrect, illegal, or that violate these terms — without prior notice and without refund obligation.
Submission of a listing does not guarantee publication. All submissions are subject to review.
05 No Endorsement or Verification
A listing on this Platform is a paid advertisement. It is not a certification, recommendation, background check, license verification, or endorsement of any kind.
Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any business found on this Platform. jewelers.city expressly disclaims any responsibility for the acts, omissions, products, or services of listed businesses.
06 Payments & Refunds
Premium listing fees are charged at the time of submission and are non-refundable once a listing has been reviewed and published.
If a listing is rejected during review, a full refund will be issued. If jewelers.city removes a listing for violating these terms after publication, no refund will be issued.
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect listings already purchased.
07 Limitation of Liability
jewelers.city is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, jewelers.city shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
- Any transaction or interaction between you and a listed business.
- Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in a business listing.
- Any act or omission of a business listed on the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to jewelers.city in the twelve months preceding the claim.
08 Intellectual Property
All Platform content — including design, code, copy, logos, and structure — is the property of jewelers.city and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.
Business owners grant jewelers.city a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the content submitted in their listing for the duration of the listing period.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of this Platform without express written permission.
09 Modifications to Terms & Service
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time without notice or liability.
10 Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
